Bollywood dance is a Dance-based Fitness program. This
is a high intensity fitness program that helps you burn many calories (may differ
from person to person).
It has all the mixture of the most required elements of fitness like warm up, cardiovascular
workout, Stretching, Strength Training and Cool down. This will be
practiced on Music and generally performed in groups that infuse Fun while
Physical fitness professional (level-4 personnel trainer), Sports medicine.
