Got a little one who loves helping in the kitchen? 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Join EnthuZiastic and the Kids Cooking Club on November 23rd, Wed 9 PM PST onwards, with our young EnthuZiastic Chef Armaan, to make a Thanksgiving special Pumpkin Hummus that is super easy and comes together real quick!

Pair it with pita bread, crackers, or veggie sticks and you have a delicious snack or appetizer ready in no time.

Ingredients Needed for Savory Pumpkin Hummus

1 cup canned chickpeas/garbanzo, drained and rinsed (or use soaked, boiled)

1/3 cup (150 g) pumpkin puree (or boiled mashed pumpkin)

1 tablespoons tahini (Substitute: Peanut butter/any nut butter)

1 clove garlic

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch paprika/chilli powder (optional)

Water if needed
