As part of the EnthuZiastic Celebrations, we would like to invite you to join the Eid Celebration event. Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the Muslim holy month of dawn-to-sunset fasting.

Hosted by Safiya, learn about Ramadan & the Eid festivities, get creative with henna, and cook up a traditional & delicious festive milk-based vermicelli pudding called Sheer Kurma (which translates to "milk with dates" in Persian).

Ingredients for Sheer Kurma:

4 cups Milk 

4 pods Cardamom

2 Tbsp Butter or ghee 

1/4 cup each nuts (Pistachios, Almonds, cashews)

1/4 cup chopped Dry dates

1 cup Roasted Sheer Qurma Vermicelli

1/2 cup Condensed Milk

1/3 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Raisins (optional)



Material for Eid Card:

Construction Paper(black, white, pink)

Glitter Stars/Moon stickers

White beads
