This session reinforces the concepts of solving one layer before moving to the next. **Introduction to Basic Algorithms** Students are introduced to simple algorithms used to manipulate pieces without disturbing the already solved sections. They will begin to memorize and practice these algorithms for edge and corner placement. **Practicing Algorithms for Corner Placement** Students focus on practicing algorithms specifically for the placement of the corners, using these algorithms to complete the first layer without displacing the solved sections. **Exploring and Understanding Cube Patterns** Students will explore common cube patterns and learn how to recognize them. They will practice recreating patterns using basic movements to improve their understanding of cube manipulation. **Solving the Second Layer – Edge Placement** The focus shifts to solving the second layer, with students learning how to place the edge pieces of the second layer using algorithms to avoid disturbing the solved first layer. **Advanced Edge Placement Techniques** Students will practice more advanced techniques for edge placement in the second layer, refining their algorithms and troubleshooting common mistakes in edge placement. **The Third Layer: Introduction to Algorithms** Students are introduced to the algorithms required to solve the third layer of the cube. They will learn new moves and techniques necessary for this more complex phase. **Practice Solving the Third Layer Corners** Students focus on solving the third layer corners by applying the algorithms they learned in Session 18. They will also troubleshoot any issues with corner positioning. **Puzzle-Solving Challenge and Review** Students engage in a puzzle-solving challenge, testing their ability to solve the first two layers and third-layer corners. This session ends with a review of the techniques and algorithms learned so far.
